I lived in this complex for one year while I was finishing my Masters at UGA. This was a very nice, well kept complex. I had a few maintenance issues while I lived here, but the guys would always fix it within 24 hours. I never had any issues with them. The apartments are spacious and the bathrooms are wonderful. I had a 1 bed/1 bath unit and it was just me and one puppy. The patios are also very big. Yes, there were problems with noise (neighbors above me), but that's pretty standard with all apartment complexes. The girls in the front office are very snobby and not well-mannered, which is a huge downside of living here. There was one nice lady who worked up there who actually helped me out when I paid my rent late during one my last months living there. One of the snobby girls told me I had to pay it with a cashiers check and the rent went up to the market value. So I went through all of the hassle of going to my bank and getting this check, dropping it off at the office, and the nice lady called me the next day and asked me why I had done this. When I explained the situation to her, she was very apologetic and told me that since I had never been late in my rent payment before, that I could be excused this one time and just pay my normal rent amount late with my own check. So overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It's a nice place for young married couples/families just starting out as well as for graduate students who went to get away from all of the noise of downtown.
