I agree with most of the opinions posted. The staff was super nice until I signed the lease. The leasing manager if a -----. I think her name is ---- ------. She's very rude and unconcered towards current residents. ------- was the only staff member who's personality was consistent from the first time we met her. There was an incident where Ms. ------ accused me of doing something. She had no evidence and did not investigate to find the true culprit. Instead, she sent me a rude letter stating I would be fined and possibly evicted if caught again. Being that I didn't do what she accused me of, I was very pissed as to how she handled me. On the other hand, the apartments are very nice and modern. The maintenance guys are very respectful and friendly. I would recommend peole live her, but ---- ------ needs to be DEMOTED!!!! Give her position to ------- since she's the only one that geniuely cares about the residents
