This review comes from the perspective of someone who has had several negative experiences at apt complexes, similar to the complaints people have written here about Fairways. However, my experience at Fairways was very positive. It even surprised me!

I have just ended my 6 month lease, and didn t want a review until final inspection, and I had received my deposits back. I had no problems with the staff. The general atmosphere of the place is very relaxed and quiet. I had no noise problems, but I was on the top floor. The apartments themselves are nice, especially the 9 ft ceilings which really make a difference if you are used to living in a house.

Any problems I had were fixed promptly, and I always received follow up calls. The grounds are well kept. Not many negatives. The pet deposits are too high, as is the deposit to have a harmless Directv dish attached to your porch. Overall this was a positive experience, and I ve had a few bad ones before.
