This apartment's location is nice, I think.
Overall this apartment seems to be neat.

However, there are some problems.

First, the staff members of this apartment are not trustworthy.
My friend in this apartment still have not received any Reference fees even though he refered several friends during last yest. Contrary to their advertising, they have avoided paying the fees to residents for more than six months. In particular, the manager of the office is known as very parsimonious. I think the office is very unreliable.

Second, as many people pointed out, the wall within houses is very thin. You can hear almost everything from another houses. No more privacy.

Thirdly, this apartment had a severe garbage problem before -- it was gross. Also, fitness room is not working well. Many machines are out of order. Actually it is almost useless now. They should have replaced them, but staffs may believe that their fitness machines are good or are working well; but it is not true.

Before making decisions, please consider several things.
