I cannot even begin to explain EVERY SINGLE thing that has gone wrong at the Fairways, but I know that today I am royally PISSED off b/c I have had AC problems the entire time I have lived here. The unit is broken and they won't quit "rigging" it and have it FIXED by a professional. They have come countless times during my residency here, but at least 5 times in the past 3 weeks! It's currently extremely hot outside and even hotter in my apartment and I get told it's not considered an "emergency" to have AC running unless it's 90 degrees inside, because it's a Sunday they won't have their maintenance man (who is on duty) come at least RIG it again to make it through the night until I can meet with the property manager first thing in the morning to have this dealt with....oh yeah even though they are aware that I am PREGNANT sitting in this heat!!!!! They are the sorriest, most ridiculous people I have EVER dealt with and can't believe they think they act like professionals. Don't let their pretty pictures of the property fool you into living in this sorry excuse of apartment complexes! So I am now going to go pay for a hotel room for the evening and have my attorney send them a bill....maybe this will encourage them to get off their asses..' At the price of rent in this hell hole you would expect a little customer service...

Thank you very much for your concerns. Our main objective at The Fairways is to provide superior customer service. Our maintenance team is well trained to do their jobs. However, on occasion an air conditioning unit can require extensive work and the process can take longer than anticipated. We apologize for your discomfort. On Monday, I contacted you and explained that the a/c was repaired. In the future, our maintenance team will respond to a/c calls the same day. Please let me know if you have any additional concerns so they can be addressed immediately.
