Parking - Although I never had trouble finding a space, parking is across a busy 3 lane street. We also had trouble with vandalism. During parties, cars would be crushed by drunken fools jumping on hoods and windshields. Bricks and rocks were thrown at cars on occasion, tires were slashed, and more. My new car of 3 months was keyed and has a lovely dent in the middle of my hood and roof from some thrown object.

Noise - This should be a no-brainer, but don't move here if you want quiet. It's downtown Athens and 95% of the residents are students. If your bedroom shares a wall with the central hallway, expect to wake up between 2:45 and 3 every morning when the bars close and drunken neighbors (and roommates) come home. Parties are pretty much a weekly thing, especially if it's football season. Once, someone thought it was funny to pull the fire alarm every night for about a week at like 3 in the morning. Umm, yeah, it's noisy.

Grounds - Well there isn't much to be considered "grounds" but there is a small grassy corner of the property with a picnic table and grill. I didn't go back there much as it seemed to become a place to keep interesting farm animals. The roof is also a nice place, but i think it may be "illegal"
to go up there.

Safety - There are some pretty shady people that hang around the area. Nothing is very well lit. I was threatened by a crackhead when i refused to give him money on more than one occassion. However, you do have to have a passcode to get in the building. On the other hand, the passcodes aren't very secret.

Construction - Although recently renovated, the construction is crap. There are nice appliances, but bedrooms could be very tiny (although sizes vary by apartment) and nothing is square. Oh yeah, there are also no closets!

Maintenance - These guys were great. They were always very nice and responded in a very timely manner. Once my apartment was flooding, and maintenance knocked on my door before I even had the chance to call them! They also fixed most of my problems on the first try, and did a wonderful job of keeping bugs out of our apartments!

Office Staff - It took me moving into another apartment to realize how great these people were. They were always very friendly, helpful and honest!

Overall - As long as you have realistic expectations of the place, it could be a good experience. My neighbors were wonderful (when not obnoxiously drunk), and you can't beat the convenience of classes/bus stops/bars/shops/etc.
