The brick walls and hardwood floors definitely give this place a character no other apartment can compare to. It is evident that the place is old, but can be made to look nicely if your willing to put your time into it.

The staff is helpful, and whenever I had maintenance problems, I was helped right away. The cost is a bit high, but worth it, if you enjoy being surrounded by the downtown atmosphere. People are loud. Whatever. Be loud too.

The major downside is the location of parking. I haven't had any problems with it, safety wise, but it does seem a bit sketchy. You get to play the game Frogger everyday, except this time, it is with your own life.

The major upside is obviously the location. The ability to escape traffic and take a nice walk to campus. The closeness of the Stadium. And the convenience of Cafes and Shopping right outside your door. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
