This is one of the best places I've lived in Athens. Lived at 2 other communities here.
The landscaping is beautiful. It is nice & quiet. The apartments are spacious and you get alot for your money. It is close to everything yet in a residential area!
Maintenance fixes requests very quickly. Feel like management cares & responds to concerns. Would highly recommend it!
