To respond to the good evaluation before this one that was obviously written by the office staff. I did call maintence many times and nothing seemed to work, and the office staff is not helpful and I should not have to pay even half off at 1st fitness when we have a fitness center here. That is why more rent is charged because of the pool and work out room etc. The apt complex needs to take some of that high rent they have been charging the past ten years and put it on some updated new workout equipment. Yes the landscaping is nice but hey it draws bugs. don't let that other response before this one fool you, they are big apts but old and not updated for the money.
