High Ridge Apartments are extremely strict with all their policies and will NOT work with you on ANYTHING, especially if you are late with your rent for any reason. If you are late past the 3rd, you are charged a 10% late fee. If past the 10th, they charge you the 10% fee AND an eviction fee of $200. Even if you are an excellent renter and have been there a few years, you will find ugly notices left on your door and they will NOT work with you for any reason. DO NOT RENT HERE. There is also a 60-day notice agreement before you can leave and they DO NOT let this slide if you need to leave early. Living in High Ridge has been a very stressful thing for me.
