Wow, all the hostility in people! I am sure these people are writing because they hate everything in life.

Be happy! Give me a break and the staff would probably like a break also.

I enjoy coming home, this is the most quiet apartment that I have ever lived in.

I moved here from New York, small apt.

with only 485 Sq.Ft.

and paid $1100.00 a month for it with no service.

Sometimes, you need to look at the big picture.

My lease says what portion is refundable and what is not of my security.

Mom and Dad can't do it all for you, try reading your lease before you sign.

The office staff has always been welcoming to me; but I appreciate honesty and policy.
You cannot get any better than the beautiful landscaping here, you can tell they appreciate keeping the place up.

The appliances are a little bit older, but it atleast comes included, you buy your own in New York, they are not included.
Sometimes, you have to live other places to appreciate what you have.

I am sure you will buy a home just like myself one day, and than we can see how much upkeep it really is!
