Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The apartment manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I had to move for job transfer and she went back on the costs for me to move out twice. She either didn't know how to count or she was pushing me around like a bull with some serious horns! She was rude all the way till I dropped the keys on her desk.
