OK for the older

This place is alright I guess. I have lived in many apartments in Athens, and I would say this one is pretty average. The size is excellent, big living room, and the bedrooms (in the 2 bedroom) aren't close to one another. For the space and amenities, they are very reasonably priced.
The place is old and although they just painted it, we have had many things break in the 6 months we have lived here. The maintinence is very prompt at coming out to fix things, but alot of times they do not fix it properly and have to be called out again.
If you are a young college student I would not reccomend this place. There are quite a few old people who will shoot you dirty looks if you are under the age of 40.
Pool and excersise room are nice, but they are too strict with the guest policy. And yeah, the grounds look wonderful, but don't be sold only by them.
They make you pay for water through them, and I am pretty sure the rip you off with "service", "trash", and "pest control" fees. I have never had water bills as high as I do here.
The electric bills are high, but there is no gas bill, so it evens out.
I would reccomend an apartment on the top floor. I don't know if it is just my place, but the people upstairs are annoying as hell. You can hear them walking around ALL the time, and the floor (our ceiling) is constantly squeaking and cracking.
The parking in front of my building sucks, if you get home later then 4 o clock you won't be able to park very close 85% of the time. But there always seem to be more spaces in front of other buildings.
The place is allright though, I would reccomend it, but only to people age 23 and above.
