My husband and I lived here for 3 years. It was our first place together. We were not married when we moved here, just dating. The three years we lived here was great. The grounds were always clean; management was always kind and helpful. The community was beautiful; the landscaping was amazing and created such a warm, happy environment. We were so lucky to have found such a great place. We loved our apartment; the floor plan was spacious and comfortable. Nice pool, fitness center and picnic areas, great place to walk your dog. The pricing is insanely reasonable for such a nice place. Parking was never a problem, not even one day out of our entire stay here. A very peaceful community, I never once had to complain about noise, the staff is always there to help with any questions we had regarding the lease and with any other questions. The lease was very clear and precise, no gimmicks or confusion. Maintenance was always on call when there was a problem. We only had one Maintenance problem in our three years here and that was with the disposal. It was fixed the same day. I felt safe here even at night in the parking lot when I would get off work at late hours. I swear by this place, our stay here was so wonderful. We have so many warm memories of living here. I would recommend High Ridge to mature college students, families or professionals. Thank you high ridge for the terrific three years we stayed with you! No complaints here. Just compliments!
