We lived at High Ridge for 2 years. During our time we were constantly having to deal with staffers who had very limited knowledge. Also when submitting maintainance requests we would have to follow up for weeks only to find out that they had come into the apt., left no paperwork to indicate they had come in, and they decided the work didn't need to be done. I filed a complaint that I was hearing animals in the attic space and they told me it was birds. I later saw rat droppings in my cabinets but they assured me that it was just birds and would not send anybody out. We also had some problems with cable here. The cable company Comcast said that the copper cables in the building were bad and that it was the properties resposibility to replace but management assured us the cables were great and that nobody else had problems. A month later we heard a neighbor on their porch calling them with the same problem only to be told the exact same thing, that the cables were great and nobody else was having problems! Two weeks before we were scheduled to move out they put a note in our mailbox for the mailman that the apt was empty and he should no longer deliver mail!! Then when we did move out I had the electricity turned off a day early and got a bill from them for one dollar and change because "the electricity must remain on until the lease agreement is up". Do not live here, you will have nothing but problems. And the place looks so nice on the outside but don't be fooled! You will regret it!!!

Funny, we have lived here about the same amount of time and have had the exact opposite experience. Staff has been extremely helpful.
