I think it is a very quiet place which I loved as a graduate student. There were only two reasons I moved out: distance from campus and bugs. The complex itself is very clean, however because it is HEAVILY landscaped I had at least two unwanted visitors a week, even after having them spray repeatedly. The staff is extremely friendly. Every maintenance request was handled in less than 24 hours. So except for the nature indoors. I loved it. Good price and great square footage.
