The quality of the apartments is variable. I asked to see more than one and was shown one apartment that was newly renovated, and another that had peeling paint, broken cupboards and dirty carpets. Naturally you can guess which one I took. They're in the process of renovating more apartments, so rents are climbing, but are still reasonable. Management and repair service can be disorganized. Quiet and conveniently located. In general a great apartment.
