For an apartment complex that is 23 years old it is not that bad. They recently renovated the complex putting in new carpet and new appliances (and taking out the garbage disposals without telling us). I think they really need to put some new cabinents in though because mine have a weird stickyness that is impossible to get off. It is spacious--my one bedroom has a hall closet, outside storage, and 3 bedroom closets! It is not the best service I have had at an apartment though. I have been here a year and have finally handed my rent check to an actual person just the other day! I have stopped by the office many times during the day to pay rent, ask questions, get a laundry card, and they are usually out of the office. Neighbors are mostly quiet, but safety is an issue. The parking lot is not as well lit as I would like and it is next to a pretty bad neighborhood. They have recently taken away our outgoing mailbox because it was being broken in to. So I guess I would recommend the place, just be aware of what you are getting. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
