I have lived here more than 2 years and do not plan to move anytime soon. new owners have renovated the place a lot. but it does take time to cram 20 years of maintenance into a new complex. the previous owners were terrible, but the new ones continue to show commitment to making it better. so be patient and it will be great. rent has increased more than i would have liked, but not enough to be unfair. the management is very nice and always greets me. i echo the comment that the office is often closed, but it does usually open back up soon.
