My apartment-mate and I wish we had lived somewhere else. Certain things have never been fixed since we moved and the bathrooms were very dirty. We have been waiting over a month for them to fix a bathroom that they broke and promised they would be back to fix it the next day. There are lots of kids that run up and down the stairs (and they all live in different buildings then the stairs they play on). There is constantly loud music. The lawn people and construction people start before 7:30 am. The management said one thing when me moved in about early move-out and now says another. It is hard to get in touch with them (either offixe closed or not answering the phone). Now the prices are going up and they are starting to charge for water. Also, their renewel offer was a joke - enter in a lottery and maybe win some bad prizes.
