I have lived in Laurel Oaks for 6 months now. The complex is quiet and my apartment is quite nice. It was renovated this year and has new carpet as well as new appliances. I've had to put in several work orders, but they've all been responded to within a few days, unless it was an emergency. The worst thing that I can say about my apartment is that it's not well insulated around the doors and windows, which drives up the electric cost a little bit. Overall, this is a very nice apartment for the money. My rent is very cheap and I have a 3 bedroom, 1500 sqr foot apartment.
