Never have anything broken because when my refrigerator broke, I asked them to come and fix it. They came out and said it could not be fixed, but they would bring a new one in two days. Low and behold, the maintenance guys tell the landlords I dont want another refrigerator. Almost two months before my lease ends!!! If you worked there and heard that, wouldnt you check with the tenant to make sure that was the truth' They say it is my fault for not calling back. Well I am sorry if I expected good service from people who were in the business to do so.
