This place is a rip-off!!! My hot water heater stopped working and after three days of cold showers.. and nagging as well as trying to convince the maintenance it wasn't working... it was finally replaced. Multiple maintenance problems that took awhile to be fixed. Oh, and don't bother cleaning the carpet. They will charge you a $40 (out of your deposit) carpet shampoo charge, even if you cleaned the carpet and the carpet is spotless, without your knowledge (wasn't on the lease).
