i have lived in laurel oaks for almost 3 years.....the security doesnt do there job if someone else is parked in your spot...if you want it car towed you have to show a rental agreement and the office doesnt give you one when you in or renew your lease.the rent goes up every time you renew your lease.theres other cheaper places then this one....your not allowed to be at the park at certain times...nothing ever gets fixed...when it does it takes a few days for them to come out to fix what ever it is....its not the best of apartments

First of all the rent does not go up. Second of all there is no park. Third of all there is no personal parking places. Fourth of all if you don't like it move out.

Rent does go up... and some people can't just move out. They are held to their lease....

I lived at the sister property Laurel Pointe and the management company does not care about the residents, rental increases are implemented every year, in the pretty advertising that the management company does they advertise a park where the gazebo is, and yes you would be held to the full twelve month term of your lease if you break it, there is no provision that allows you to terminate your lease early.

you all are funny....bottom line, management company sucks and they only put a band aide on the problem to keep the monthly revenue up. Both properties suck
