This apartment was a great find. When I toured, they let me choose the apartment location that I wanted.
My apartment is a fully renovated one with all new appliances, new carpet, and new paint. It is spacious and everything looks really new. As a woman, I love having 2 locks on the door. Parking is never an issue and I don't hear my neighbors. Laundry is onsite as well as a workout facility.
The BEST thing is that if I ever have a slight maintenance problem, they come literally within minutes to hours (the last time was within 5 minutes).
Also, the management know my name EVERY time I come to see them and they are always super super nice. I really enjoyed my time at Laurel Oaks--NO I am not management for those of you that feel you need to respond. If you're looking at apartments, remember that most people come on this site to complain. I came on this site SPECIFICALLY to compliment because I love my apartment and feel like people should know about it!

Wow sounds like a really nice place with all those times you have already had to call for maintenance. For me those wonderful calls consisted of broken air conditioners, muck coming out of the faucets, and too many others to name. It's nice to know that they at least get back to you quickly to let you know there is nothing they can do. I suppose any improvement in horrid living conditions is good.
