My Wife and I have only been living at Laurel oaks in a town home for a month and a half and we hate it they promised new carpet before we could move in they made us wait three extra days before we could move in so they could replace the carpets.On Saturday when we moved in the same old stinky smelly moldy carpet with holes and stains was on the floors with bugs living in the carpet.We went to the office they said the carpet was geting replaced first thing next week.It never happend we went back to the office 3 days later we had already moved in we had no choice.They said the carpet was new and did not need to be replaced.I told them your kidding right there is holes in the carpet, no carpet in the closets and lots of stains and it smelled bad.They promised again they would replace it.Then the A/C upstairs went out and leaked water onto the floor through a vent above the down stairs bathroom it took then over a week to fix the A/C only after are Lab almost died from the heat did they fix the A/C.The water on the carpet made the problem so much worse.I went back to the office and begged them for the new carpet they promissed three weeks ago Julia said only if we give her $1000.00 dollers when we move out if they find any thing wrong with the carpet even one flea.I then told Julia I have pictures and I'm geting a Lawyer.We are moving out and taking them to court.The pool and gym are almost never opean also the mail boxes are always getting broken into.

thats laurel oaks for u...they suck and i hope ya'll sue the ---- out of them!!
