I have lived here for less than one year and in that time, I have experienced several mice/rodents in my apartment. It takes management forever to take care of these problems. The apartment was nice when I first moved in but shortly after things started to fall apart (doors falling off hinges, paint chipping from trim, leak in the ceiling). Need I say more. Make sure you see the apartment that you are renting, the model looks very different than the actual apartments.
