I have lived in 3 different apartments over the last 2 years. I mainly stayed for the 2nd move b/c I liked the office staff and the apartments weren't too horrible nor overpriced. However, things are QUICKLY going downhill. Management seems to be constantly changing. Maintenance was great when I moved in in 2004. One call and it would be fixed in 24 hours. Over time it started taking many more calls. All of 2005 I lived in a 2bdrm. My shower was never replaced, covered in black scum, disgusting. There was a huge leak that started to Flood my bathroom and nothing was done until there was a flood. The hotwater heater broke 6 times. On every occasion my roommate and I wouldn't have hot water for 3 days b/c they wouldn't come even though its considered an emergency. The AC broke twice. Neither were ever replaced. We were just constantly calling. My last 4 months living here were spent in a 1bdrm. Moved only for convenience, wished I had paid xtra to go elsewhere. I moved out early and sacrificed paying rent on somewhere I won't ever walk back into. Management was HORRIBLE, RUDE. All apartments look nice when first move in, but looks can be decieving. They let me move in knowing the AC didn't work but didn't care. All 3 apartments had a bad bug problem at some point. Roach spray and roach hotels won't fix the problem completely. Live here only if you can't afford ANYTHING else and are willing to suffer some. This is the honest truth.
