Smelly, poorly lit, unsafe, horrible parking, noisy neighbors--this is the perfect apartment...FOR ---- ROACHES!!! That's right, on those lonely nights when nobody wanted to visit me, I always had my special friends to talk to, and then I would douse them with Raid and flush them down the toilet. I would come home nearly every night to find absolutely no parking in front of my building, and the office staff had the audacity to tell me they would tow my car if I parked on the grass. The maintenance and office staff were very unhelpful, especially when it came to repairing the aged pieces of scrap they called appliances. The police were called MANY times in the year that I lived there, including one time when my neighbors and I heard a girl scream as if she were being raped (we never found out what happened). I heard that there have actually been several accounts of car break-ins since I left. I apologize if this account seems purely negative, but I really have nothing positive to say about my experience at this apartment complex. Please do not even consider living here.
