First of all the apartments are overpriced.

Secondly, the quality of construction is poor.

Beware of the electrical wiring....it is hazardous to your health! Parking is a nightmare, the gate is broken the majority of the time, ants are everywhere, noise is a big problem and management does not care about the residents.

The fire alarm went off in our building at 12:45 AM and we could not find anyone from management on the scene.

The fire department could not get through the gate (it was actually closed for once!) and once they arrived, none of the residents were informed of the problem.

We all just assumed it was safe to go back in since the fire department left! Don't waste your money! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
