Management could care less about the resident's complaints. All they want is to have apartments leased. We can hear our neighbors's conversations, pets, bathroom fans, dishwashers, washers, etc. If you are looking for a place to enjoy a little peace and quite, its not Legacy Mill. We heard less noise when we lived in the drunken student community called the Abbey. The gates are actually closed somtimes. Other times they stand open for weeks at a time. (Just one more ammenity you pay for that is a complete joke.) If your neighbor's would happen to have children or any tyoe of surround sound system you'll feel like you live with them. You might as well, you hear all all of their daily activities.
