This is far and away the best apartment experience I have ever had in the six years of renting places. I honestly could not ask for a more helpful, cheerful office staff. They have gone out of their way on several occasions to make me happy. It's true, sometimes the gate is broken, but I would say less than 10% of the time. The construction seems no better or worse than any other apartment I have rented, and parking is more than ample (unless you expect to park at your front door every day, which is impossible). I have a view of the woods that is beautiful, and this is the nicest kitchen I've ever seen, much less rented, in an apartment. I love it here.
