All of the positive reviews on this website regarding Legacy Mills Apt.
complex are completely fake.
The management monitors this website religiously and attempt to balance out all the negative reviews posted by tennants by posting fake positive reviews.
Thier goal is to maintain approximately 50% positive reviews.
This has been an ongoing problem for years.
The staff are not qualified, incompetant, rude, and go out of thier way to make life difficult for tennants once you've signed the lease.
Potential tennants should stear clear.

Now I'm not so sure. It seems that the bad reviews far outweigh the good ones and even the good ones sound false. How can it be that so many different people all have the same result - TOO LOUD/DUMP/RUDE STAFF etc? While all the good ones are anonymous (fake postings maybe?). I think that you just lost a possible tenant Legacy Mill... |

It's interesting how the negative reviews don't highlight specific problems and are just general rants whereas the positive reviews are usually a lot more specific and still mention a few issues (like dog mess and ants). No complex is perfect, but after having lived in several, Legacy Mill was still the best value for the money.

hmmm...best value for the money...sounds like another dumb --- manager trying to save their job. Maybe if they weren't so busy posting positive reviews for doing such a ------ job, they would actually have time to do their job. You want specifics...how about you specifically suck at everything you do. I think the dog ---- that can be easily found on your lawn could do a better job than you can.

Have had apt. since 2006. My Mother died recently, so I'm mailing my rent from out of state. Since I've done travel nursing, I've mailed my rent from out of state various times. I mailed it Feb. 1st 2011 via priority mail so it wouldn't be late. Was just told Feb. 10 they didn't receive it despite Post Office money order receipts/tracking#/Delivery confirmation. This is very disturbing. (There was a similar incident months ago where it was misplaced but found after tracking# provided) Why is this happening now? After 5 years?
