Never try to ask the office anything if "Katie" is not there: every time we do the response is "I'll have to ask Katie." I think she is the only one who is qualified to scratch her --- in the office.
They do not enforce many of the rules around here.
Cats get to roam free even though there have been repeated written "warnings" about any pet being unleashed.
Also, they will not allow us to use a PODS unit to move, saying that it can not be parked here.
They seemed proud of the fact that they almost had one towed after it was loaded by some tenants for moving.
This in spite of the fact that almost once or twice a month a truck is parked with a jet-ski trailer across 3-4 parking spaces (must be Katie's boyfriend), and an Enterprise van without a parking sticker is parked here every night.
That's just near our building.
I would not live here if you are considering.
Unless you love cats and incompetency.
