Residing in Legacy Mill has been a pleasure. Please try to disregard most of the bitter reviews placed here. I can only attest that most of these have been written by the (White Trash Type) who like to pay rent and other bills when the goverment check comes in at the end of the month, and that is after they make a run to the beer store. What a concept a place actually has rules, and they are enforced, it appears tough to comprehend for a few out there. The Office staff is always pleasent, led by Katie and Angela, they put up with all my quirks on a daily basis. The Maintenance department is headed up by a Jon a Marine, it cannot get any better. When you have a problem you call it in and thats it. I have had many calls fixed within minutes of calling. I would make a few changes here, a little better insulation to hide some noisey neighbors, a few more parking spots, and I want the ladies in the office to be in a more risque type outfit. Legacy Mill is a good place you will not go wrong here.
