BAD management - of course they'll write good reviews of THEMSELVES! Too many hidden costs & fees, it's not worth it despite the cheap move in costs. They won't let you have a satellite dish, even a small one on your balcony, but reception is HORRIBLE: only the spanish station and the christian station come in clear! If your apartment gets bugs, you have to wait until their weekly pest control guy comes, or pay extra! The complex is pretty empty: if you want to visit, notice how empty it is, and for good reason. HIGH turnover rate because of management that's just out to get your money.

Satellite dishes are allowed at Legacy Mill but can not be mounted to the building or installed in the grass area. They must be on a free standing tripod confined to the individuals patio. As for charging extra for pest control, that only happens if your pet has gotten fleas in the apartment and you have to have it treated. Pest control is completely free.
