I just found this site on the net and was actually relieved to see other tenants posting comments voicing my exact same concerns.

Management obviously has zero credibility with residents because of their overzealousness to fine residents for ridiculous violations of policy while neglecting their managerial obligations.

I lived here for one year (meeting all my resident and financial obligations on time) and NEVER once even laid eyes on the so called "manager" who posted a previous disclaimer to the accuracy of negative reviews on this website.

Think about it, the managers are defensive here for a reason.

Management angers their residents and then wonders why everyone moves out.

Problems with management will continue to plague this place of residence because the problems start at the top and the negative / apathetic attitude trickles down to other employees.

Benchmark (the owners of the complex) are fully aware of the problems here.

Ignorance runs amuck here at Legacy Mill and can be witnessed by the their interpretation of professionalism as a mere smile while managers fine you for not sweeping your balcony, owning a motorcycle, owning ugly patio furniture, having a pet, or any other circumstance of life of which they themselves are also guilty.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a an apartment complex that actually respects their tenants and not just the wallets of their tenants'.
