Ignore those "glowing" reviews - they are written by staff/management, in order to boost the rating. How else could one "happen" to know exact prices of all the fees and what the maintenance will install' And, how can you have satellite without putting it in a good location'! Why else do normal people anchor them to their balconies'!' I just moved in in June, and needless to say it's been hellish. I have trouble getting my PAID-FOR garage to close sometimes, not to mention their own gates are often open. Speaking of which: They woo you with a "security" gate, then they make you sign a waiver that "Legacy Mill does not claim to be 'secure' nor have 'security gates' [they have to call them 'privacy gates'] and in case our gates accidently close on your car, RENTER pays for RENTER'S OWN vehicle damage or OUR gate damage." They claim to have a videolibrary, but it's only a few old ones that don't rotate/change. Parking spaces are too close (people knock their car doors into mine), parking under trees is hazardous because the tree sap leaves near-permanent damage on my car, and neighbors across the way have loud parties (should have known - balconies mean parties migrate outside) until 2am (and I can hear every conversation, despite the garages/driveways in between), with no recourse from management. A poor answering service afterhours serviced by rude operators who may or may not pass along your message (or maybe the complex just doesn't return certain calls), and yes, bugs. Big roaches service the outside of the apartment, ants inside (everyone's experience may differ).

Of course, take some of the bad reviews with a grain of salt (some renters may gotten late fees, etc.), but don't take the good ones at all - if it smells like it was written by a rat on staff, it was.
