I have lived here for almost a year and they are very nice apartments with plenty of space everywhere in the unit. The grounds are well kept and management is very nice. But I do have a few problems with the community that you as a potential renter should know about.

1. The gates go on the fritz quite often.
2. The noise can be terrible! For some reason when building these units, they didn't use sound insulating products very much or at all. I can hear my neighbors talking in their bedrdoom at night while I am reading in my bed. I can hear my neighors Television sometimes and noise from a unit above me is terrible. You can hear footsteps, vacuums, water running, drawers opening and closing in the kitchen...you get my drift. Another noise problem are people who play music very loud or have parties. If they are out on their patios, I can hear whole conversations with my windows closed. Also, you can hear the patio doors sliding open and closed and it sounds like thunder.
3. Smoking. People out there who don't smoke, find another place to live. I say that because everybody who lives around me smokes, and smokes out on their patio. When they do that, I can't keep my windows or patio door open because the smoke wafts into my unit and smells horrendous! I told management about that, and they said that they couldn't do anything about it because they are smoking outside and people can smoke outside! Thats nice huh'!'
4. Parking. People cannot park between the lines here if their life depended on it. They re-painted the lines recently to hopefully cure this problem, but to no avail. So you have to park far away at times, and you will get many door dings on your car!
5. Price. These units are somewhat pricey for the area. You can find a nice townhome or duplex for $150-200 less per month and with more privacy.
6. Workout room. They have a small workout facility here that is rather pathetic. The two treadmills don't work very well if at all most times. The eliptical and bike work very well and are very nice though.
7. Poop! People don't clean up after their animals. Ewww! I have a dog and clean up after her, why can't people clean up after their pets...thats just disgusting!

Well...thats about it. The property, management and units are nice like I said before, but I am not renewing my lease due to the many items I listed above. Please consider the place you are going to live carefully before you move in.
