Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

I lived here for one year and I did decide not to sign here again for this year.

Pros: - clean and quiet atmosphere
Cons: - Pets' excrement everywhere
- Low credibility of the manager
- Relatively small size of fitness center & swimming pool compared with the number of residents
- Ants
- Unleased pets
