I noticed a lot of negative comments from former and current residents. A lot of those are things that are beyond a persons control when choosing to live in an apartment. First of all, no matter what apartment you choose it is almost certain that you will hear noises from those around you. I think that people have way too high of expectations when it comes to apartments. I have been lucky to live in a pretty decent building. I live on the third floor with my husband which eliminates some noises (people walking above you). Also, let me remind everyone that this is a college town!!! Also, we do live in the south and you can pretty much expect bugs anywhere you go. Luckily we have not had that problem. The management has been very helpful from what I have seen. There is a 24 hour on call courtesy officer who will write tickets if you have any noise complaints. They are going to build a fenced in area for dog owners to take their animals, to help eliminate pet deposits on the property. They will fine you $25 if you do not pick up after your pet and I think $100 if they are not on a leash. When we first got here our air conditioner froze up so I went to the office and they had maintenance out there to fix it within 10 minutes!!! It works great now! Someone mentioned something about a remote for the gate costing somewhere around $100. Well, it's only $40 now. If you want to rent a garage it's $80 a month. I really don't have any complaints and would recommend this apartment to anyone! By the way, I am not management!!!
