Ok but they stick you when it comes to money. The office hours are good but there is not enough staff. I found that if there was a way for them to get more money out of you then they will. The gates don't work 9 times out of 10 (they are either always open or the guest call box doesn't work). If you lose a gate key it is $50 (even if you find it later). They have a remote gate opener that they will sell you for $100 plus a $50 deposit. If your apartment is not spotless then they charge you ridiculous prices for cleaning ($20 per floorboard, $25 per carpet spot removal, $5-$20 per ring around drain and a lot more.)There are a lot of fines also like $50 per cigarette butt, animal poop, trash bag left outside of apartment (not that I mind these fees but still seems a bit outrageous. If you don't mind paying a lot for poor service but a nice pretty place to live then I say live here otherwise stay away.
