I lived at Legacy Mill from June to October '05 and my only complaint is that despite a 30lb weight limitation on dogs, nearly all of the dogs I saw (and there were MANY)were a full grown, 70-90lb German Shepherds, Rottweilers, and other large-size breeds.
Lots of poop on the grounds no doubt there were plenty of fleas and ticks.
If you are a big dog owner looking for a nice apartment, look no further.

Actually, as a former resident of Legacy Mill from 2001-2006 I would like to clarify the pet policy. The pet policy did not prohibit large dogs it restricted the breeds that were allowed on site. German Shepherds were allowed on site until approx 2006. The policy may have changed after this point to exclude GSD's as well as Pit Bulls, Chows and Rotts. It is documented that large pets actually cause less damage than small dogs and cats. Trust me, you never want to move into an apartment that a cat has lived in, unless the carpet and padding has been replaced.
