Legacy Mill is by far the best apartment complex in Athens. The apartments themselves are well-kept, spacious, and not over-priced unlike most of the apartment complexes in Athens. The grounds are pretty much always clean thanks to the maintenance. Of course you have the occasional dog poop because there are so many dog owners here, but by the next day, maintenance has cleaned it up. I really have to commend the maintenance here at Legacy. Always friendly, dependable and they get the job done. Anytime there's a problem in my apartment and I notify the office, it gets done either that day or the day after. And they are nice about it too! They don't act like it's a pain in the butt for them to come fix something for you... always pleasant.
The office staff are honest, friendly, and actually care about working with you. Everytime I walk into the office, they are always friendly and outgoing. Christina in particular was one of the reasons signing a lease here was so easy. She is always glad to talk to you about anything and help in any way she can.
The people who live here are relatively friendly. There are not many students so the overall vibe is more laid-back and quiet. The pool is usually quiet and there aren't too many parties unless they're kids' birthday parties (mostly comprised of adults!)
Legacy Mills is the best place to live if you are looking to get your moneys worth. I would definitely recommend it!!
