Great staff and nice apartments

The staff at Legacy Mill is wonderful.
Maintenance requests are usually taken care of the same day.
I called at 4 p.m.
to have the cord on my dryer changed--not at all an emergency.
Someone came by before 5 and changed the cord for me.
The staff always calls the next day to make sure everything was fixed and to see if you need anything else.
They also do all kinds of resident activities and are so nice every time you come into the front office.
It's such a huge improvement from the apartment complex I left in Charlotte.
The apartments themselves are spacious, clean and fairly new.
When I first moved in, noise was a problem but the front office quickly took care of it.
I haven't had any issues since.
The pool is nice and quiet.
I highly recommend this complex.
The only complaint I have is that the rent is high.
