I have been here for only a week and can't wait for my lease to end. I haven't slept since I arrived here due to the constant boom boom boom on the ceiling from upstairs. I immediately asked if I could move to an upstairs apartment, and that is a $300 transfer fee. The apartment was literally FILTHY when I moved in. Thick layer of dust and dirt on everything. Gross. My sliding glass door won't open or close. The rules don't seem to be enforced either. Lots of rowdy guys drinking beer in glass bottles in the pool. Counting the days for the lease to end. And the gate is open alot!!!
