I lived at Legacy Mill for 4 1/2 years and was a very good tenant. My rent was always paid on time and I was quiet/respected my neighbors. Legacy Mill could care less when they rented the apartment below me to some horrible tenants. I have lived in many apartments in Athens and never experienced anything like this. There was screaming and fighting in the apartment below me constantly and I had to call the police several times due to domestic dispute issues. There were many sleepless nights and Legacy would not do anything about it. They could care less about keeping good tenants. I ended up moving out because they never did anything to resolve the situation. I feel very sorry for whoever moved in after me as I know they were not warned of the horrible tenants below.

If it was so bad why did you live there for so long? I live there and I absolutely love it! I have NEVER had a problem and I've lived there for over a year.
