I have had problems with loud neighbors also. I am moving myself ASAP this place is not kept up and party party everywhere. Perfect for the college kids wanting to go wild. I thought it was alot different from this, but I was wrong. There are many other apartments to choose from in this area!!

are you kidding? this is one of the quietest places to live in Athens! I don't know why people are crying, "Party Party!" but that's completely false. If anything, they are complaining about normal people having normal lives having normal get-togethers and parties. When was that ever a crime? I live here and the only thing I can complain about are WHINY neighbors who report the slightest noise or yell or music! Buy a house where you can crawl into your hole and never ever hear your neighbors again!!
