MEMO: Athens is a COLLEGE TOWN! If you want to be 100% free of college students, move to a different city!
ALSO: Management at any complex will try to give offenders chances because it costs money to evict people. If they're that loud, CALL THE COPS! It get's done quicker! HOWEVER, we did complain enough for just the complex to do something about the tenats below us in a matter of weeks.
Our unit was spotless upon move in. We never saw any bugs, and the few problems we had with appliances were fixed the same day we reported them.
Management was always very respectful and helpful to us as well.
Then again, we were always respectful ourselves.
