Legacy Mill has the worst staff on the planet. The people who work here are not helpful,, and they act as though I AM LUCKY to be living here. The neighbors have no respect for each other, and they blare music/loud movies ALL NIGHT. NO PARKING! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS HOLE!
